We are a small family-run business with over 11 years of experience in the trade, we have retail and wholesale facilities we also import many of our products.

As a family business, one of us, if not more, are always in the office : Jane Wallace-Jones, Martin Wallace-Jones and Tania Wallace-Jones. If you have any problems please feel free to contact one of our helpful staff or ask for one of us in person.

There is no minimum order
Items may be bought in any quantity unless there is a quantity stated in the description

DELIVERIES TO U.K MAINLAND EXCLUDING THE HIGHLANDS OF SCOTLAND

Orders under £100 before vat will have carriage charged at £6.50 per box
Order of £100 to £200 before vat will be 1/2 carriage paid (£3.25 per box)
Orders of £200 or over before vat will be carriage paid

OVERSEAS DELIVERIES AND THE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS

Orders under £100 before vat will pay the full box rate
Orders of £100 to £200 before vat will have £3.25 deducted from the box rate
Orders over £200 before vat will have £6.50 deducted from the box rate

BOX RATE FOR NON MAINLAND U.K. AND THE HIGHLANDS OF SCOTLAND

Scottish highlands and Aberdeenshire is £12 per box
Northern Ireland £16.50 per box
Southern Ireland £16 per box

A BOX
May weigh up to 30 kilos, but due to the volume or packaging requirements of some products it may be necessary to send out cartons of less than 30 kilos

If you would like us to confirm how many boxes your order is in before despatch please contact us by e-mail or phone and tell us how you would like to be contacted when your order is ready.

Ways to pay

* Credit/debit cards (we will need a land line phone no.)
* Cheque (3 days to clear) (If ordering by Phone) DO NOT DATE CHECK FOR SAME DAY CLEARANCE

* Cash can be paid directly into any Nat West Bank. Please contact us for exact Invoice Total. and bank details. (use you name as a reference at the bank)

* We cannot accept swipe only cards such as Electron.

Damages and shortages

We take great pride in our packaging if you have any damages in your delivery it is important you contact us within 48 hours (any claims after this will not be credited). Please send an e-mail and if possible an image of the damaged item. We will reply and either put a credit on your account or request the damages are returned to us.  If items need to be returned we will give you details of how we would like them returned and we will refund you the cost of the carriage.

All damages must be returned in orginal packaging.

Shortages - one person will be responsible for your order their name will be on the invoice please speak to them.
